I’m calling it right off the bat; this figure is really cool. Any toy that can make a grown man go; “Pew pew pew!” is a winner in my book. Continue reading
Chrononauts is basically about two friends who goof around while they are traveling back and forth in time. It is a super simple notion that makes for entertaining reading.
James Bond is another one of those franchises that you get introduced to by your father. And it’s somehow a very powerful notion that something that my father enjoyed 25 years ago, I enjoy today. After watching the trailer for Southpaw, I was super amp’d to see this movie. Boxing; check, a father fighting for his child; check, Jake Gyllenhaal; check (not as big of a man crush as Tom Hardy, but close). But after seeing the movie, I’m just a little bit less excited about it. It’s still a great movie, just not as amazing as I envisioned it to be. Continue reading
